The main responsibilities for this role will be to assist General Managers with daily management and service of a very busy all-year-round exceptional food and beverage offering. You will spearhead the menu, creating new ideas and recipes, and manage a great kitchen team producing fantastic dishes and cuisine for customers and tourists.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as Executive Head Chef or Senior Chef
* Experience in busy hotel and restaurant environments essential
* Experience catering for weddings, conferences, and functions
* Possess a passion for food with a creative flair for new menu ideas
* Excellent leadership and mentor skills
* Exceptional communication, management, organisation, time management skills with a high attention to detail
* Flexible working hours, including mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends
* Excellent stock control, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting experience with a proven GP track record
Packages Offered
* Competitive salary up to €55,000 – €65,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
* Bonus based on performance
* Overtime or extra hours can be banked for quieter periods
