We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join a thriving business within the manufacturing sector.
This role offers full autonomy, with the potential to grow into a Head of HR position.
As HR Manager, you will lead a team of 10-12, delivering both operational and strategic HR management for a 1200-strong workforce.
You will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate closely with the Site Operations Manager and Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and implement the HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
Proven leadership in a unionised environment with complex employee relations.
Strong organisational skills and ability to lead value-added initiatives.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
