Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our projects across Meath, Louth & Dublin (North). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, scheduling, and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of projects
* Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a senior role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
