Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Site Foreman to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
* Supervise production team on site to ensure high-quality work and efficient load management.
* Work closely with the General Manager to meet production targets and logistical requirements.
* Maintain production logs and support management of day-to-day Health and Safety standards.
* Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, including forklift operation and product loading for delivery.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a similar production/manufacturing environment.
* Forklift experience and a 'can-do' attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and manual handling ability.
* Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
