We are partnering with a leading civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor in the Greater Dublin Area. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the daily operations of three dedicated civil crews working across various ESB/ESBN sites nationwide. If you have a strong background in utilities, know your way around ESB operational requirements, and can coordinate logistics for multiple teams simultaneously, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for ESB/ESBN, Project Managers, and Site Managers regarding active and future works. Manage and coordinate 3 civil crews across separate nationwide sites, ensuring efficiency and safety. Conduct daily visits to audit Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Organise plant, materials, and muck-away for all crews. Maintain detailed records including DAS entries, timesheets, HAZCONs, and monthly progress reports (with photos). Interpret design drawings to assist on-site teams. Requirements Strong ability to manage multiple teams and resources across different locations. Previous experience working on ESB/ESBN networks. Proficient in reporting, documentation, and HSEQ standards. Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling required. For You Work with a reputable contractor on long-term utility frameworks.
