Job Role:
Social care professionals play a vital role in supporting the well-being of children and young people.
This position involves working with household activities, administration, teamwork, professional development, health and safety within a trauma-informed model of care. Key responsibilities include participating in the development and implementation of care plans, promoting rights and responsibilities, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of each child/young person
* Promote their rights and responsibilities within the service
* Encourage attendance at school, training centres, medical, and clinical appointments
* Manage personal documents, arrangements, information, and finances on behalf of the young person
* Liaise with parents, families, general services, and other agencies on behalf of the young person
