You will manage a team of high performance accountants, sitting as #2 and trusted specialist to the Finance Director. Key Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries related to manufacturing accounting in accordance with US GAAP Cost centre controlling & budget co-ordination responsibility Prepare account reconciliations to ensure proper balance sheet valuation Margin variance analysis (PPV, Production and Absorption variances) Lead finance process improvement projects and business partner with departments Transfer pricing and VAT returns Liaise with internal and external audit, ad-hoc projects as required Key Skills: Qualified professional ACCA/CIMA/ACA with minimum' 5 year's PQE Fast-paced Manufacturing background with management experience essential Knowledge of lean initiatives and ability to drive continuous improvement Advanced Excel skills, SAP and IFRS knowledge an advantage Experience with Power BI, Process Automation and Design Optimisation (intelligence reporting) Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels/departments
