As a key link between business units and IT, you will act as the strategic enabler ensuring technology solutions align with enterprise goals.
* Develop business cases for IT investments and measurable outcomes.
* Lead annual planning to prioritize initiatives that deliver value.
* Identify innovation opportunities and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise business leaders on technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities.
* Capture and prioritize IT requests, ensuring alignment with budgets and capacity.
* Partner with PMO and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
* Track initiative progress, KPIs, and business impact.
* Ensure IT solutions deliver expected outcomes and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong business process understanding.
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Confident presenting to senior leadership and facilitating discussions.

This position requires 7-10 years in IT or business roles, with 3-5 in business analysis or liaison roles. Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred) is required. BRMP, CBRM, CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA desirable. ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or PMP certifications a plus.
