Monitor the Hotel rates strategy and maximise opportunity. Achieve monthly budget targets and ensure profitability. Work with other hotels in the Dalata Hotel Group to support group revenue strategy. Develop new business and new revenue streams. Requirements: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Business Development experience. Experience in using the OPERA system Experience with IDEAS Revenue Management System is preferred. What You Will Need: Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar position Previous experience within hotels or a customer service environment Excellent organisation and planning skills Effective communicator Strong leadership skills Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, be able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
