Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency. Handle guest complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a hospitality or customer service setting. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage high-pressure situations effectively. A deep understanding of hospitality operations, including customer service, budgeting, and staffing. Passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and staff. Flexibility and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Requirements: Must have the right to work in Ireland Manual Handling and Food Safety level 2, certificate.
