It is opening the new Atlantis Spa in February 2026.The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing spa experience at Atlantis Spa. This role involves managing appointments, handling guest inquiries, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the spa and leisure facilities.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and ensure a professional and friendly welcomeManage spa and leisure appointments, bookings, and cancellations using the spa reservation systemAnswer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteouslyExplain spa services, treatments, packages, and promotions to guestsHandle billing, payments, and cash/card transactions accuratelyMaintain guest records and confidentiality at all timesCoordinate with therapists to ensure smooth scheduling and service flowMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, relaxation room, leisure facilities and changing facilitiesPromote spa services, memberships, and retail productsResolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessaryFollow spa policies, procedures, and health & safety standardsRequirements & Qualifications:Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or customer service role is preferred (spa therapist experience is preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious sales and upselling skillsBasic computer skills and experience with booking or POS systemsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidaysSkills & CompetenciesStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to remain calm and professional in a busy environmentWorking Conditions:Front desk role in a calm, wellness-focused spa environmentRequires standing for extended periods and handling customer interactionsBenefits:Competitive salaryTraining and professional development opportunitiesStaff discounts on treatments and productsSupportive and wellness-focused work environment
