* Oversee the setting out and surveying of substructures and earthworks using GPS, total stations, and manual methods.
* Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards through Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Systems of Work.
* Implement Quality Control procedures including ITPs and records.
* Liaise with stakeholders to resolve engineering issues on-site.
* Prepare and manage material take-offs from drawings.
Requirements:
* Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
* Extensive site engineering experience in major infrastructure or linear projects.
* Proficient in surveying, setting out, and interpreting technical drawings.
* Strong communication and team leadership skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
