Kilkenny, the Maintenance Planner will report to the Engineering Manager. They will be responsible for the planning team and play a key role as the interface between maintenance and production functions onsite. This includes responsibility for developing work plans that ensure safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance in line with GMP standards of the food and nutrition industry. The successful candidate will be part of the maintenance leadership team and providing backup support for the Maintenance Managers at timesResponsibilitiesCreate maintenance schedules and generate work ordersbased of production run times and plant availabilityManaging the daily/weekly maintenance planning meetings with OperationsOrganising, prioritising, scheduling and resourcing of planned maintenance tasksLiaise with the stores department and ensure parts areavailable for any upcoming work plannedControl and manage the maintenance craft working rosterOversight of craft A/L and T&A systemsCreate SOPs based on site equipment and machineryAdjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
