Senior Sales Consultant Our clients, a premium design-led home furnishings showroom are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join its team.
This role is responsible for building trusted customer relationships and converting enquiries into high-quality sales through a consultative, design-led approach.
This role suits an experienced professional who is confident working independently, understands the importance of commercial performance, and consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Our clients focus is in providing complete interior solutions rather than transactional sales.
This involves taking time to understand each customers needs, lifestyle, and preferences, and guiding them towards well-considered solutions in a no-pressure sales environment.
Customer relationships may develop over several consultations and require careful follow-through from initial enquiry through to completion of sale.
The Senior Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering this experience, combining strong product knowledge with sound judgement and a calm, consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers Deliver design-led interior solutions Manage enquiries from initial contact through to completion.
Convert enquiries into high-quality sales.
Maintain showroom presentation standards.
Process orders accurately and professionally.
Delivering sales in line with forecasted targets.
