The Role
As a Mechanical Technician, you will maintain a fleet of gas/HVO generators and related equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, perform scheduled maintenance, install new equipment, and work closely with site managers to maximise generation output.
Responsibilities
* Completing scheduled mechanical maintenance on a fleet of gas generators (CAT, MWM, Jenbacher, Cummins & MTU) and a range of auxiliary equipment
* Troubleshooting, fault finding and responding to call outs
* Completing mechanical install work on new installations
* Working with site managers to maximise generation output
About You
* Excellent team player, flexible, self‑motivated and reliable.
* Previous experience servicing CHP engines / diesel generators / heavy plant engines preferable.
* Mechanical Trade certificate or mechanical engineering qualification is required.
