We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen environment and be familiar with a-la-carte cooking techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes during service
* Maintenance of food quality and timely production to meet customer expectations
* Effective stock management and assistance to the head chef and senior chefs during service
* Adherence to kitchen health and hygiene procedures
This is a full-time permanent position requiring 39 hours of work per week.
