Job Title: Production & Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage the entire production planning and supply chain process from forecasting and planning through procurement, manufacturing, and delivery to customer.
* Manage the entire production planning and supply chain process from forecasting and planning through procurement, manufacturing, and delivery to customer.
* Develop and maintain strategies for the procurement of critical, scarce, and expensive raw materials.
* Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and CMO partners to generate and implement production strategies that result in an efficient pipeline of products for customers.
* Proactively manage issues and situations that may affect supply and demand of various goods and services.
The successful candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain.
* Significant experience in a senior Supply Chain role.
* Candidates with APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP accreditation, in addition to requisite work experience, may also be suitable for this role.
A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes, including sales margins and costs of goods, is essential for this role. Excellent all-round communication skills are required.
