The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a Business Coordinator based in Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join a dynamic organisation, playing a key role in supporting the business operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across departments.
The Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to management, coordinating projects, and ensuring that business processes run efficiently.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Duties: Support management with the coordination of business operations and projects.
Act as a central point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, events, and business initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and databases to support operational efficiency.
Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
Provide general administrative support to senior management as required.
Requirements: Previous experience in a business coordination, administrative, or project support role.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
Salary & Benefits: €34,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
