DesignBuild Search is currently working on a Senior Project Manager vacancy for a global construction and engineering company with mulitple offices across Ireland.
Job Description
The Senior PM will be based in either Dublin, Cork, or Galway
* You will be working on large scale, multi-sector construction projects for high-profile clients.
* There is a large client-facing component to the role.
* The role will cover projects through the whole project lifecycle.
* You will be expected to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* You will be working closely with an Associate Director / Project Director to complete capital investment programs.
Qualifications
* 10+ years total construction industry experience.
* Degree in a Construction, Engineering, Architecture, QS, or similar.
* Postgrad qualification in Project Management (completed, working towards, or desire to undertake).
* Will have worked on building projects - not infrastructure.
* Ideally will have significant consultancy side experience.
* Significant Design Management & Client Facing experience
* Chartered status or working towards
* Experience working with both Public & Private sector clients.
Additional Information
* Salary minimum €65k but can go up to €80-90k for people with the right experience.
