We are seeking a Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You'll play a key role in boosting efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing safety through Lean tools and methodologies.What you'll do:Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projectsEliminate waste and streamline processes using Lean principlesCoach and train teams in problem-solving and Lean practicesPartner with operations to sustain improvements through visual management and KPIsFoster a culture of continuous improvement across all levelsWhat we're looking for:Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations Management, or equivalent experienceProven manufacturing experience with strong Lean implementation backgroundLean Practitioner qualification (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent experience.Skilled in Lean tools (6S, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, etc.)Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication abilitiesIf you're passionate about operational excellence and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
