Project Manager Role
Reperio is seeking an experienced project manager to lead projects from early-stage prototype through to high-volume mass manufacture.
You will act as the central coordinator across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of innovative connected devices.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects from concept to production.
* Coordinate with engineering teams, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, regular communication.
* Oversee manufacturing readiness and transition to mass production.
* Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or related field.
* 6+ years' experience in technical project management for connected IoT device development.
* Strong understanding of embedded software, electronics, and mechanical design.
* Proven track record in delivering certified wireless products into mass production.
* Experience with PLM tools, and Jira/Confluence.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
