We are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm in Dublin to recruit a Public & Regulatory Solicitor to join its growing disputes and investigations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious newly qualified solicitor looking to develop their career in public law, regulatory investigations and complex contentious matters within a highly regarded team.
The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, investigative and litigation work acting for public bodies, regulated entities, insurers and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
There is also the exciting opportunity for potential client secondments with leading in-house organisations, offering valuable commercial and strategic exposure early in your career.

The Role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of public and regulatory matters, including:
Regulatory and statutory investigations
Judicial review proceedings
Public law disputes
Professional disciplinary and fitness to practise matters
White collar and corporate investigations
Risk and compliance advisory work
Healthcare, financial services and public sector regulatory matters
High Court litigation and dispute resolution
Advisory work for regulated professionals, insurers and public bodies
The role will involve significant drafting, legal research, advocacy support, client contact and strategic advisory work, providing excellent hands-on experience from an early stage.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to 3 years' PQE
Experience gained within litigation, disputes or regulatory teams during training or post-qualificationExposure to contentious matters, investigations, judicial review, inquiries or advisory work involving regulators or public bodies would be advantageous
Candidates coming from commercial litigation, employment, healthcare, insurance defence or wider disputes backgrounds with an interest in public and regulatory law are also encouraged to apply
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities within a collaborative team environment
