The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury 4-star hotel located in the beautiful surroundings of Co. Clare.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the entire food and beverage operation across multiple outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and events. You will lead a talented team in providing exceptional service, while driving revenue, maintaining cost controls, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the department.
Our client is a well-regarded 4-star hotel in scenic Co. Clare, renowned for its elegant dining, warm hospitality, and commitment to providing memorable guest experiences. The hotel forms part of a respected group offering career development and growth opportunities for hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
* Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of all F&B staff.
* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to maintain and enhance the menu and service standards.
* Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and analyse financial performance.
* Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
* Drive guest satisfaction, team motivation, and continuous operational improvement.
The Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort setting.
* Proven leadership and team development abilities.
* Strong knowledge of financial controls, cost management, and service delivery.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with flexibility for evening and weekend work.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to hospitality operations.
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
