Fruition Group, a leading multinational organisation, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Expert to join their team. This is a permanent role based in Dublin City Centre, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions.
* Develop and execute marketing automation strategies, leveraging journey builder, email studio, mobile studio, and advertising studio.
* Manage and enhance customer data models, integrations, and segmentation strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
* Drive campaign performance and personalisation through AI-driven insights and analytics.
* Work closely with developers, CRM specialists, and data teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
* Provide training and support to marketing teams on best practices and platform capabilities.
Experience Required
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
* Expertise in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and data extensions for advanced personalisation.
* Strong background in marketing automation, customer journeys, and omnichannel marketing.
* Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and data sources.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
* Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Experience with CDP (Customer Data Platform) and DMP (Data Management Platform).
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other marketing analytics tools.
* Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation solutions.
* Experience working in a B2B or B2C enterprise environment.
Educational Requirements
An ABachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
