Electrical Site Supervisor – Construction – Solar Farm – Renewable Energy – County Waterford, Ireland – EPC – 9 Month Contract (High Possibility of Extension)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to assist in the delivery of a utility-scale solar project in Ireland.
You will be responsible for supervising the installation of all electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with design standards, health and safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all electrical works including LV and MV installations
Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution
Monitor and enforce strict compliance with HSE policies and procedures
Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks across all electrical installations
Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design specifications are met
Attend regular site meetings, reporting on electrical progress and highlighting any risks or delays
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience supervising electrical installations
Strong understanding of LV and MV
Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Right to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or relevant permit)
