As a Cluster Assistant Financial Controller, you'll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role As part of a vibrant team you'll be producing monthly P&L reports, completing forecast submissions and ensuring profitability is optimised to deliver excellence to all of our customers and clients.
If you're our ideal Cluster Assistant Financial Controller, you will:
• Support the Cluster Financial Controller with the smooth running of your cluster's Finance function
• Effectively communicate business performance and opportunities to all levels of management within your cluster
• Bring ideas to the table and participate in the achievement of the business objectives
• Share your knowledge to coach and develop your team to become Leonardo Hotels' Financial Controllers of the future
• Have previous experience working in Hotel Finance: we're looking for competency in using accounting and PMS systems (we use SAP, Opera and MICROS Simphony)
• Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently as part of a dispersed team
