IT Delivery Manager
Salary: €85,000 - 95,000
A large organisation is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple systems and teams. This role is focused on ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and effective coordination of technical resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing delivery from initiation through to implementation, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved on time and to standard.
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end delivery of assigned IT initiatives from initiation through to implementation.
* Establish and maintain delivery plans, governance structures, and reporting cadence.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery milestones are met.
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
* Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Support release planning, deployment activities, and transition into operational support.
* Track progress against agreed objectives and provide regular status updates.
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and ways of working.
* Ensure delivery aligns with agreed standards, controls, and quality expectations.
Requirements
* 5-7+ years' experience in IT delivery, programme delivery, or technical project management roles.
* Proven experience delivering complex IT or digital initiatives.
* Strong understanding of Agile and structured delivery methodologies.
* Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and third-party suppliers.
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured and methodical way.
* Experience working in large or complex organisational environments is advantageous.
