Job Description
The Leading Project Strategist will oversee project teams, managing scope and change control, monitoring progress, and providing status updates. They will partner with EP, CM & CQ to plan and execute projects, provide coaching and mentoring, and ensure decision logs are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope and change control, escalating issues where necessary
* Monitor project progress and performance
* Partner with cross-functional teams on planning and execution of projects
* Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
* Coach and mentor project team leads
* Ensure all decision, risk and action logs are kept up-to-date
* Resolve cross-functional issues impacting the project teams
