Key Responsibilities Customer Service Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers Take customer orders accurately and handle payments Deal with customer queries or concerns in a polite and helpful manner Beverage Food Preparation Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely Prepare and serve light food items where required Quality Hygiene Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating areas Follow food safety, hygiene, and health safety regulations at all times Ensure products are correctly labelled and stored Operational Duties Open and/or close the cafe as required Monitor stock levels and report shortages Support team members during busy periods Skills Experience Essential Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Desirable Previous barista or hospitality experience Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment Food Safety / HACCP training
