About Your New Job
As Claims Management Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of customer claims enquiries, managing cases through to resolution.
You will handle complex cases, including large claim authorisations, extraordinary benefits, and ex-gratia payments.
You will maintain and update customer records accurately in the management system, and participate in high‑responsibility projects within operations and across departments.
As Claims Management Consultant you will ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements, including those set by the Central Bank of Ireland and act as a role model within the team, championing customer service and continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
Minimum 2 years experience in a Health/ Medical Claims Management role
Proven track record in customer service delivery within a contact centre, with experience in case management and claims assessment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a focus on achieving results.
Demonstrated ability to support colleagues and work collaboratively across teams.
