Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our health and safety management system. This will involve working closely with our management team to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and developing strategies to improve our overall health and safety performance.
* Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
* Conducting regular health and safety audits and risk assessments
* Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety matters
In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with colleagues at all levels, and will need to be able to communicate complex health and safety information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements include:
* Relevant qualifications in occupational health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
