Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organised Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead and support Member Service Officers, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations within the credit union.
Responsibilities:
Lead and guide Member Service Officers to consistently deliver exceptional member service.
Process and approve loan applications ensuring accurate administration and compliance.
Manage rosters, breaks, and annual leave to ensure adequate cover.
Complete and supervise daily operations and team tasks.
Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance performance and professional development.
Provide front-office support.
Requirements:
APA in Lending qualification is essential.
2–3 years' experience in a similar supervisory or financial services role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage cash and balance transactions accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
