What's the Opportunity is seeking an experienced Sales Coach to design and deliver high-impact training for Estate Agents across Ireland. In today's competitive Irish property market, many estate agents face a common challenge: confidently articulating value to vendors (property sellers) and securing vendor-funded advertising that supports stronger outcomes. This role exists to address that challenge through structured, practical sales coaching that drives real behaviour change. You will work closely with estate agents to equip them with the skills, confidence and frameworks required to win instructions, communicate value effectively, and successfully position 's advertising solutions - particularly Advantage Ads - as part of a compelling vendor proposition. This role is first and foremost about sales capability building. While experience in estate agency or property is highly beneficial, we are equally interested in experienced sales coaches who have delivered successful training in other commercial environments and can rapidly contextualise their expertise to the property sector. What will I be doing As a Sales Coach working with estate agents, you will focus on building sales confidence, consistency and effectiveness through structured training and ongoing reinforcement. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering engaging sales training programmes tailored to estate agents operating in the Irish market Translating proven sales methodologies into the estate agency context, including: Value-based selling and pricing confidence Objection handling and vendor conversations Securing commitment to vendor-funded advertising Delivering impactful in-person training sessions with agencies across Ireland, with a strong emphasis on practical application, role-play and real-world scenarios Coaching agents to improve: Instruction-winning conversations Lead nurturing and conversion approaches Communication of advertising value to vendors Providing structured post-training support, including follow-up sessions, coaching check-ins and tailored agency action plans Measuring the effectiveness of training through adoption, behavioural change and commercial outcomes, sharing insights with agents and internal stakeholders Collaborating closely with 's commercial and product teams to: Identify recurring skill gaps and training needs Feedback insights that support product development and sales enablement initiatives
