The Role:

What We're Looking For:
• Based in Ireland with ability to travel between locations.
• 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations (fast-casual preferred).
• Proven track record of developing managers and building strong team culture.
• Strong financial skills budgets, P&L, labor management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
