Site Administrator
A key role within our construction projects is available for a Site Administrator to oversee the day-to-day site office operations.
This position will involve documentation control, maintaining accurate records and files, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Documentation management
* Daily site office operation
* Administration of site matters including timesheets and payroll
* Maintenance of weekly site reports and other relevant documents
* Support with site progress reports and order reconciliations
* Health and safety record keeping
* Material and plant management in collaboration with the foreman
Requirements:
