The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and inspire the spa team to provide unparalleled guest service.
* Collaborate closely with our Spa and Health Club Manager in managing daily operations, budgeting, and stock control.
* Maintain the highest standards of customer care and professionalism at all times.
* Contribute to staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Partner with our wider hotel and spa team to promote cross-departmental synergy and drive business growth.
* Drive retail and treatment sales, meeting and exceeding targets through innovative strategies.
* Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records and reports using spa software systems.
* Play a key role in driving the continuous improvement of spa services, standards, and guest experience through innovation, feedback, and team development.
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified and experienced therapist, with previous supervisory experience in a 4-star spa environment.
Proficient in massage, facials, and nail treatments.
Ideal familiarity with VOYA and Yonka product ranges is a plus, though not essential.
Knowledgeable in HotSoft and Phorest systems is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
