Sherpa Kids provides Before School Care, After school and Holiday Childcare to children in the areas of Limerick during term time and non-term time (school holidays).
* Start Date: December 2025 to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting.
* Job Types: Permanent
* Salary: Starting from €15p/h
* Locations: Limerick
* Hours: Term Time = (Monday to Friday)- 3-6pm
* Positions: Programme Assistant
Assistant Duties:
* Supervise children during activities and free play
* Assist with homework and educational tasks
* Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
* Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
* Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
* Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
* Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
* Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
* At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.
