We are seeking compassionate and experienced care professionals to join our team in a residential setting supporting individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care, promoting independence among service users.
* Contribute to the day-to-day running of the service, working collaboratively with the team.
* Develop and implement risk assessments and safeguarding procedures for the well-being of service users.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and guidelines, including HIQA standards and Children's First procedures.
* Hold a valid manual driving license.
