Each member of the team is valued and are encouraged to develop their skills and education to enable the provision of professional best advice to our clients.Requirements:Previous consultative financial planning or employee benefits experienceCurrently hold the QFA qualification or working towards (or like to achieve) the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Higher Diploma in Pensions Management leading to AIIPM qualification.Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationshipsStrong history of delivering on agreed sales targetsUnderstanding of relevant regulatory requirements requiredHave a background in generating leads from a Corporate client baseDemonstrate an ability to build strong internal relationships, trust and credibilityExcellent presentation and communication skillsBe a Team player with a focus on working as one teamMinimum 3 years’ experience in the industryPossess a full driver's license.
