Job Overview
Kelco Communications Ltd are Vodafone's Business Partner for the West of Ireland.
We are recruiting a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow a residential field sales team selling Vodafone Broadband services across the North-West of Ireland.
This role is ideal for an experienced field sales manager with a background in direct sales, who is comfortable managing performance in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach and motivate a residential door-to-door sales team
Deliver regional sales targets and performance KPIs
Recruit, onboard and train new field sales representatives
Conduct regular field coaching, shadowing and quality checks
Monitor activity levels, conversion rates and compliance
Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to Vodafone standards
Report on regional performance and implement improvement plans
Desirable Requirements
Proven experience in Field Sales, Area Sales Management or Regional Sales
Background in direct/door-to-door sales
Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills
Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
Full clean driving licence
Willingness to travel across the North-West region (e.g.
Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Galway)
