We are a construction company based in North Dublin, seeking a part-time Payroll Coordinator to join our finance function.
This role is fully office-based with parking onsite.
Key Responsibilities
* Process payroll on a weekly basis.
* Manage all timesheets, ensuring timely submission.
* Handle payroll-related queries and concerns.
* Issue contracts to new starters.
* Prepare and manage payroll-related reports.
* Perform administrative tasks, including invoice matching.
* Complete ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements for Success
To succeed in this role, you will need 2 years' experience processing Irish payroll, strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
What You'll Get
