He/She is an active member of the integrated facilities management function providing support, guidance and expertise.Site ComplianceRequired to comply with the client global policies, procedures, guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current good manufacturing practice in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.Complete site training and keep up to date with the latest operational procedures.Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant cultureSafety / EHS ResponsibilityAttend CBRE toolbox talksWork with a culture of EHS excellence at facility and provide high-quality safety, health and welfare technical approach to assigned operations.Work with site permitting and compliance strategies.Complete assigned IFM works:Complete assigned external maintenance and Helpdesk tasks.Preparing walls and surfaces before executing the actual painting tasksPre-painting tasks including utilizing sandpaper, scraping to strip old paint, executing preparation work for the surfaces, and applying filler.Responsible for interior and exterior surfaces using paint, lacquers, sealers or stainsMaintain painting equipment to ensure proper performanceCarry out after project cleaning of area's, supplies, and equipmentSupport team with special maintenance projects as neededFollow high-quality standards to reduce defects and exceed company standardsTo respond to emergency requests across the site where a building maintenance activity is required. This includes (but is not limited to) building fabric damage, spills, leaks, drain blockages.Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.Other adhoc requests from manager as per business needsAdhere to safety protocols and procedures.Notify management of any supplies that need to be restockedFollow all company policies and proceduresTo ensure repairs are implemented with minimal impact to end users or normal operation activities onsite.To be flexible and assist the IFM team in any role required by the businessSupervise of specialist vendors, to ensure work is completed to required standard.Issuing permits to work for third party contractorsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentGood communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamRequired Experience3 years general trade experience within a regulated environment, preferably in a GMP/Pharma environment.Service line:GWS Segment
