Construction manager required for market leading contractor. Your New Employer Is one of Ireland's leading general building contractors.

About Your New Job In your new job you will be responsible for the entire project dealing with various stake holders on a daily basis.
You will be based in Dublin on a large commercial refurbishment project.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the large-scale construction project from planning to completion.
The role involves managing budgets, schedules, teams, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities In Your New Job: Lead and manage the planning and execution project, ensuring that all project goals, timelines, and budgets are achieved.Oversee the procurement process for contractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring alignment with project needs and expectations.Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure all design and technical requirements are met.Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.Supervise day-to-day project operations, ensuring progress is on track, quality control is maintained, and health and safety standards are adhered to.What Skills You Need Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector in Ireland.Strong understanding of the Irish construction process, local building regulations, and residential design practices.Proven experience in managing large-scale developments in Ireland.Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of Irish construction regulations, health & safety standards, and quality management practices.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certification preferred.What's on Offer A salary for this job ranging from €85,000 to €95,000 and benefits package for the successful candidate.Opportunity to lead a prestigious, large-scale project.Career development opportunities within a forward-thinking, dynamic Irish development company.A supportive and collaborative work environment, committed to your professional growth.
