Our client, a leading law firm in the Irish market is seeking to expand their Real estate team by taking on a Senior AssociateAs a member of their Real Estate team, you will advise lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate investment and finance transactions. Support the large‑scale acquisition of properties compulsorily acquired by state agencies for the delivery of State Infrastructure projects, advise on landlord and tenant matters across all asset classes. The team also works closely with the firm’s Finance and Corporate teams on the structuring of major transactions.Candidates with over 3 years PQE in the Commercial Property/Real estate at a reputable firm are encouraged to apply.
