Hospital Kitchen Porter
As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in hospital kitchens. This is an essential role that requires a high level of physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Performing heavy-duty pot wash and cleaning duties
* Assisting chefs with daily tasks, including goods in and out, stock control, and deep cleaning procedures
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and HACCP procedures
* Working efficiently and following instructions from management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a hospital or nursing home kitchen setting
* Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
* Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland with no restrictions
