Job Overview
The MEP contracts manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and negotiate terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Lead residential and commercial projects from pre-construction to handover, adhering to programme and quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with construction and design teams to ensure coordinated integration of building services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP contract/project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
* Strong knowledge of building services design, MEP systems, and construction methods.

* Experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
