A long-established, Irish-headquartered financial services provider is currently hiring for a Senior Case Manager to join its Galway-based team. Reporting into the portfolio management team the focus will be on delivering practical outcomes through tailored restructuring and settlement arrangements, with an emphasis on compliance and commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial and property-based connections. Meet and engage with borrowers to negotiate viable repayment or settlement strategies. Conduct full financial reviews and prepare detailed credit submissions and recommendations. Oversee cases through various strategies including litigation, where appropriate. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance. Attend operational reviews and contribute to strategic planning on portfolio matters. Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure accuracy of all data and records. Submit regular reports on case progression and outcomes. What You'll Need: Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial debt management, restructuring, or workout.
