Responsibilities:
* Manage the full bid process, including RFPs, RFIs, and contract submissions.
* Write, edit, and proofread persuasive proposals tailored to client and project requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Estimating, Project Management, Commercial, Legal) to gather accurate content.
* Maintain templates, case studies, and bid libraries to streamline submissions.
* Track deadlines and ensure all bids are delivered on time and to a high standard.
About You:
* Proven experience as a
Bid Writer / Coordinator
or similar role, ideally in construction, engineering, or related B2B sectors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
* Analytical and methodical, with a focus on compliance and improving bid success rates.
