Job Description
As an HR Coordinator, you will provide dedicated support to our client sites in Cork and Fermoy office. Your role will ensure the smooth delivery of all HR processes and tasks, maintaining efficient and effective HR operations across our sites.
Day-to-Day Activities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on employment matters.
2. Process employee data changes, including contract updates within our HR system.
3. Support Employee Relations cases with investigations, minute taking, invite letters, and meeting scheduling.
