Job Title: Chef de Partie
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting your colleagues during service, delivering high-quality food that meets our company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and produce food for your section, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
* Be responsible for the day-to-day running of your section and staff working under you.
* Plan dishes according to agreed standards and manage stock control effectively.
* Maintain good working relationships with all kitchen and restaurant staff.
* Familiarize yourself with modern trends in cooking and suggest new ideas and dishes.
* Adhere to Food Hygiene and HACCP Regulations and monitor Commis Chefs' compliance.
Requirements:
* Hold a formal qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary Skills.
* Have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 Star Kitchen.
* Demonstrate passion about food and interest in Fine Dining environments.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
* Have strong attention to detail and ability to handle busy situations.
